Full Workplace Wellbeing Strategy & Management
Our goal is to give your workforce the tools they need to build a solid foundation of workplace wellbeing. From start to finish, we will be working closely with the individual but also with the team as a whole to ensure that every person gets the maximum possible out of our strategy implementations.
Using psychometric tools and surveys we measure the wellbeing and resilience of your workforce. This helps us to get accurate readings of where they are on the spectrum of overall wellbeing. We can then design and implement the best wellbeing strategy possible for your team to enable them to thrive and reach their full personal and professional potential.
We aim to enhance all facets of wellbeing with the help of interactive workshops, seminars, strong support networks and easy-to-grasp empowerment tools. We offer training for staff, managers, executives and owners to make sure every member of a team is equally committed to and capable of contributing to a healthy, thriving workforce.
Every workplace is unique in its demands, values, ethics and priorities. We take an entirely individualistic approach when designing our strategies. You can rest easy knowing that the program designed for your company will suit it in every way.
We take a very hands-on approach to monitoring the success of the strategy once it has been implemented. We will always be available to check in, survey results and closely monitor staff impact. Our aim is to continue to enhance and develop the strategy as needed as time passes.

WRAW – Workplace Resilience & Wellbeing
Wraw is the world’s first psychometric tool that measures resilience and its impact on wellbeing.
Whilst there is increasing recognition of the importance of employee resilience and how it impacts wellbeing, until now there has been a gap in terms of how to measure it. Wraw, which stands for workplace resilience and wellbeing, is a psychometric tool that has been developed to provide these insights.
Wraw helps to increase employees’ self-awareness of their current levels of resilience and gives organisations rich data that can be used to support their workforce more effectively and engender a culture of healthy high performance.
Wraw is based on the 5 Pillars of Resilience, which provides a holistic view, covering thinking style and the emotional and physical elements that impact wellbeing. The 5 Pillars of Resilience is a robust model used by hundreds of leading organisations across the UK and globally.
WRAW works by individuals completing personal psychometric reports followed by a 1:1 de-brief with a Wraw master practitioner. The individual will then be given a personal strategy for work and personal life.
When 5 or more individuals have completed the reports, we can then run a Full day interactive Individual strategy workshop.
We can also then use those individual reports to generate a full team, leader or organisational report followed by a full day workshop.

For us, a team of chefs and hospitality-veterans, food is at the heart of all wellness. Food affects our whole being- mental and physical. Mind, body, mood, energy, skin- you name it, it’s affected by what we eat. Wholesome, consciously produced, nourishing food is vital to all wellbeing.
If you’re interested in learning more about conscious eating and cookery, you can book a cooking demonstration, group cookery lesson or informative workshop with one of our chefs.
Our chefs will come to your workplace and deliver amazing food content focused on consciousness, creativeness, innovation and fun. We will teach you simple but tasty recipes along with accessible, useful techniques to make deliciously nourishing meals that are quicker than getting a take away!
The food we will create together is designed to nourish your body and mind equally. Cooking and eating in the way that we teach you will make eating mindfully and healthily easy and natural- not a massive chore!
With all cookery services you will receive recipes and supporting information to refer back to whenever you desire.

Mental Health First Aid – 2 Day Course
We offer a 2 day mental health first aid course for all those who would like to become an accredited mental health first aider. The course teaches in depth skills needed to provide assistance to those who may be suffering mental health issues. Such as depression and anxiety.
We run these courses in a place that suits you such as a meeting room at your offices.
These courses are not only designed to give people key skills to provide mental health first aid but also to empower people enabling them to support their own mental health. And wellbeing.
The course is delivered by our MHFA facilitator Sara Brewer who has a wealth of experience and will make your 2 day course an incredible experience.
Everyone on an Adult MHFA course is taught a set of skills which enables them to:
- Recognise the symptoms of mental health issues
- Provide initial help
- Guide a person towards appropriate professional help
Please note that the Adult MHFA course will not teach individuals how to be a therapist, there is no ability to diagnose either as part of or following the course. Individuals will be able to distinguish themselves as a Mental Health First Aider.
What will individuals learn?
The course is in four sections:
- Mental Health First Aid, mental health, and depression
- Depression and suicidal crisis
- Anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders and self-harm
- Psychosis, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
Each section will cover how to:
- Spot the early signs of a mental health issue
- Feel confident helping someone experiencing a mental health issue
- Provide help on a first aid basis
- Help prevent someone from hurting themselves or others
- Help stop a mental health issue from getting worse
- Help someone recover faster
- Guide someone towards the right support
- Reduce the stigma of mental health issues
How will individuals learn?
The sessions are a mix of presentations, discussions, and group work activities. The learning environment is made a safe one and if someone does not feel comfortable joining in certain parts, then there is no pressure to.
Maximum of 16 people per course
Everyone who attends the course will receive a copy of the MHFA manual and workbook, which are both excellent support and reference resources.
Who can attend?
The course is for everyone aged 16 and upwards and you don’t need any qualifications or experience in mental health to take part.
