Taster Session We will give a brief history of Mindfulness and talk through the evidence-based benefits of a mindful lifestyle. We will run 2-3 meditations and finish with a group insight chat.
Mindfulness experience day We will give a brief history of Mindfulness and talk through the evidence-based benefits of a mindful lifestyle. We will run several meditations throughout the day including mindful walking + mindful movement. We will talk about formal and informal mindfulness practice so participants have some tools to go away with then we will end the day with group discussions.
