If you are looking to join a wonderful group from the comfort of your own home then please come along and join us.
Sessions will be mostly formal practice with some good old fashioned conversation thrown in.
It can sometimes be hard to meditate to a recording, being involved in a practice group with a guide can be really helpful and nourishing because you are free to ask questions along with interaction from the rest of the group.
Your guide is Shane Cooke founder of Jasper wellbeing , as well as teaching and guiding meditation, he is a health food chef, and resilience coach. Shane prides him self on being available as much as possible so if you need and extra guidance at any time Shane will be here to help.
